Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Return Authorization: Before returning any items, please email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide the RMA number along with specific return instructions.
Condition of Items: All returned items must be unopened and in "like-new" condition. Items that are damaged or not in resalable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover our original shipping and handling expenses. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Eligible Items: Returns are accepted only for regular stocked items. Special or custom orders are non-returnable.
